DELBI is the cross-border support structure is formed in the partnership of Estonian Business Chamber in Latvia (the lead partner),  Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), Tartu and Valga City Governments and Vidzeme Vocational Competence Centre.
The partnership will simultaneously work at two levels:
1) General facilitation and development of business contacts between Estonian and Latvian companies, provision of information and consultation;
2) value-chain and sector-based activities (consultations and training courses, more targeted „business-matching“ etc.)
In both of these axes, the network will act proactively to identify the emergent needs of companies. The network will deal with the issues faced by companies, as well as take an active role in shaping the cross-border cooperation through lobby and evidence-based input to policy making.
Expected results from the project:
   -  better design and delivery of business support services;
  -  increased awareness of companies about opportunities provided by cross-border activity;
  -  increased capability to successfully enter and operate in the neighboring market;
  -  better integration and increased competitiveness of cross-border value chains;
  -  better knowledge of vocational education possibilities.
